Payment Policy
Payments for bookings made on BookOneWayCar can be completed using online payment gateways,
UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or cash, depending on availability.
- Certain bookings may require partial or full advance payment to confirm the ride.

Fare shown at the time of booking is an estimated amount and may change due to toll charges,
parking fees, state entry taxes, driver allowance, extra waiting time, or route changes.
- Any remaining balance amount must be paid directly to the driver or as instructed during booking.
- BookOneWayCar reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not completed as required.
Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Before cab assignment: Full refund after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.
- After cab assignment but before journey start: Partial refund may be applicable.
- Within 24 hours of scheduled pickup or after driver dispatch: No refund or cancellation charges may apply.
- After trip start: No refund will be provided.
Driver / Operator-Initiated Cancellations
- Full refund will be initiated if the booking is canceled by the driver or operator.
- A replacement cab may be arranged, subject to availability.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Payment gateway or bank transaction fees are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
If the customer is unavailable at the pickup location or does not respond within a reasonable waiting time,
the booking will be marked as a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.
